Having staff that have passed initial assessments and received industry recognized certifications means that you can rely on a standard set of skills and job readiness. Choose from one of our many options below.

Food Handling Safety Certification

California Law states that at least one food safety manager per food establishment where unpackaged foods are handled must be certified by an accredited examination. They must renew their certification every three years.

Certifications may be obtained through:
Option 1: An 8-hour instructor-led session
Option 2 : SELF-STUDY, self-paced program (available in English and Spanish)
Option 3: Through simply taking the exam (available in English and Spanish)

The Retail Readiness Assessment

While originally designed for the retail sector, this assessment can be used as part of the applicant screening process for any service oriented business. A comprehensive tool, this group or individual assessment evaluates an associate's customer service and sales aptitudes and recognizes individuals with the abilities to succeed.

Retail Management Assessment/Certification

This online group or individual assessment is designed to capture the core of what Retail Managers need to know for a broad range of management and supervisory positions.

National Professional Certifications

National Professional Certifications in Customer Service, Sales and Management are industry endorsed credentials that measure and document knowledge and skills. Developed with support from the U.S. Department of Labor, American Express Foundation and hundreds of companies, the assessments are delivered via the Internet, and must be proctored.
